HIIT CIRCUITS
Specifically tailored to strengthen and enhance all aspects of the core and circulatory system, whilst enhancing endurance, stability and balance.
1-2 hour plan (longer plan can include some steady state)
Beginner, intermediate advanced plans
HIIT and core combined or separate circuits available

Up to 7 days of programmed exercise tailored specifically to you.

Guide Resistance % of 1RM included

Great for the more seasoned athlete looking to hit the muscles from a variety of angles combining different rep ranges, sets and exercises to ensure the different muscles making up each muscle group are worked effectively for better overall performance.

21 day programme
For the more advanced athlete looking to maximise progress, shocking muscles with a variety of sets and targeting exercises allowing maximum growth. Each programme comes equipped with alternating exercises for each week to keep the athlete on their toes and maximise gains by shocking muscles each week all as well as keeping the routine new, fresh and exciting every single week.

Broad variety of set and rep ranges, with more advanced ones included, spread across 3 weeks to shock muscles most effectively as weeks progress

Targeted isolation exercises.
Varying time under tension changes to allow further unexpected muscle stimulation.

All plans can be tweaked at no extra cost within 3 weeks of purchase to suit different gym layouts and personal preferences, also any progressions or regressions that are needed.
